Competing from an early age taught me discipline, resilience and what it takes to push past limits - limits I've carried with me ever sinceAs I got older my focus shifted from just competing to understanding how to optimise performance, build strength, and create a body that not only looks great but performs at its best. that passion led me to become a level 2 fitness instructor snd level 3 qualified personal trainer.
